The urban design concept was elaborated based on principles of environmental conservation and conciliation between demands for privacy and conviviality, all duly permeated by a landscape that combines sea, lagoon, dunes and large restinga areas. The project preserves the natural character of the site and gives all units direct access to the linear park - an extension of the large lagoon that surrounds the development.

The objective of the project was to emphasize the character of the area, guaranteeing the conservation, the privacy and the conviviality in this beautiful tropical place.
