The Jequiti Resort Residence is part of a tourist complex formed by the Sofitel Guarujá Jequitimar, convention center, SPA, Villa Jequitimar and an events plaza. The set of 36 houses of a high standard in the Beach of Pernambuco revitalizes an abandoned area and transforms it into a modern enterprise, comparable to the most important ones of the Country.

Each house has a view to the sea, exclusive dry marina, swimming pools for adults and children. Residents also have access to the resort's sporting and recreational areas, which include barbecue grills, tennis courts, beach solarium, sauna, contemplation space, lounge, game room and gourmet space.
