The Palermo Cranes, landmarks of the city landscape for 30 years, are the initial cause for the harbor revitalization. Taking advantage of its structures we propose a cultural and recreational center, with a square on the ground floor. The architectural proposal starts from the relations between the various interventions in the history of Sicily, particularly taking into account the scenic and ornamental of its Baroque.
