The architectural proposal of the Ninhos Guki project was based on the search for spatial quality in its implementation and the elaborate volumetric composition of the ten residential units. The houses are planted, five to five, on both sides of the plot, in the longitudinal direction.

The leisure areas of the residences are facing the center of the land, where is the Contemplative Alameda of the condominium, with rich landscaping. Next to the access is the leisure area, composed of gourmet space, solarium, and multi-sports court.
