The project was developed in partnership with the Afroreggae cultural group for the Parada de Lucas community. The purpose of the intervention is to create a space for coexistence and exchange with the community. Following the concept of integration and permeability, the ground floor is composed of stilts with metal panels, which allow different levels of closure. With the same prerogative was created an opening in the north facade with glass closure, which allows constant natural light during the day. The project foresees the internal remodeling of four floors, the façades and the roof of the building.
